i think kitty decapitate will be running skate fitness classes in the new year in eltham. maybe starting in feb which will cover some basic skills and help improve fitness. once it’s going i’ll post the details up on here. it will be good to have something to write about again ^_^

haha… yeh I’m the same… The intake was full when I tried to join in Oct… so I’ve been rocking up to the outdoor practises to see what the girls do in training in hope of being able to join in the next intake!
Might end up training with you :)

oh hey! hehe thanks. nah it’s all good. next time for sures!! but i do plan to train as a ref if they need any in the near future. i’ll be hanging around like a bad smell until next intake one way or another ^_^

Hey Betty! I’m so sorry that you didn’t make it through the white star. I was in group one with you (red helmet gal :) ). Some food for thought, maybe you could train as a ref? They can come to training too (I think) and that way you can keep skating with us and train up for the next white star? And you get to be involved with the awesomeness that is derby! :)

hey thanks for reading! i’m glad someone finds this thing usefullish or interesting ^_^ i know what u mean by obsessive derby related searches i’m still doing that myself. i hope you get into the TAS rollerderby and stick with it. such an awesome sport to be involved in ^_^

After going to the Roller Derby (TAS) fresh meat session and endurance training Monday and Thursday this week it has been refreshing to read about your experiences.
